Baggage basics
- Your fare decides your bags. Each fare card in the results shows checked and carry-on bags. Basic fares often include carry-on only.
- Add bags before you fly. Extra bags offered at checkout are usually cheaper than paying at the airport.
- Liquids in carry-on. Australian airports limit liquids, aerosols and gels in carry-on for international flights. Check the current rules on the Australian Government's TravelSECURE site before you pack.
- Batteries and power banks go in carry-on, never in checked bags.
- Weight limits vary by airline and fare. When a bag's limit is known, it's shown next to the bag at checkout.
- Infants on a lap usually get a reduced allowance. Check with the airline for prams and car seats.
Before you go
- Passport validity. Many countries require at least 6 months left on your passport. Checkout warns you when a passport expires within 6 months of your last flight.
- Visas and entry rules change often. Check your destination on smartraveller.gov.au.
- Online check-in usually opens 24 to 48 hours before departure on the airline's own website, using your booking reference.
- Times are local. Every departure and arrival time on this site is local to that airport.

Get the Monday fare alert
One short email each Monday with the best fares we can find from Sydney. Leave your email and the route you care about most.
Pick your seat
Typical long-haul figures for illustration only. Seats vary by aircraft and route, so check the airline's own seat map before you book. Airline names are used for identification and do not imply a partnership.

Who's behind it
is an independent flight booking website run by , a software developer based in .
Booking a trip usually means comparing prices on one site and digging through forums to find out what you're actually getting. We're building one place that does both: real fares from airlines, hotels and car rental companies, shown with the fare rules, cancellation policy and full price before you pay.
How bookings work
- You search and pay on our site, in Australian dollars.
- We book your flight, hotel or car directly with the supplier through Duffel, a licensed travel technology provider.
- The airline, hotel or rental company confirms your booking and sends details to your email.
- Your trip is provided by that supplier under its own conditions: the airline's conditions of carriage, the hotel's policies, or the rental company's terms.

Terms of service
Last updated
These terms apply when you use this website (the "site"), run by , trading as ("we", "us").
1. What we do
We are a booking agent. We help you find and book flights, hotel stays and car hire provided by airlines, hotels and rental companies ("suppliers"). We do not operate flights, hotels or rental cars. When you book, your contract for the travel service is with the supplier, and the supplier's terms apply: the airline's conditions of carriage and fare rules, the hotel's policies, or the rental company's rental conditions.
2. Before bookings open
Cabin details, flight times and hotel descriptions on information pages are general information, not offers. An offer is only made when a price is shown in a search result or at checkout. Joining the waitlist does not create a booking or any obligation for you or us.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include taxes and charges set by suppliers and governments, plus any booking fee we charge, which we show before you pay. Some hotels charge local taxes or resort fees at the property, and some car rates are paid to the rental company at pick-up; we show these separately when the supplier tells us. A booking is confirmed only when the supplier confirms it. Your card is held when you book and charged only after confirmation. If the supplier can't confirm, the hold is released. If a price changes before you pay, we tell you first.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give passenger and guest names exactly as they appear on each passport or ID.
- Check that you have valid passports, visas and any health documents for every country on your trip.
- For car hire, the main driver must bring a valid driving licence and a credit card in their own name, and meet the rental company's age rules.
- Check your booking details as soon as you receive confirmation and tell us about any error straight away.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes and refunds depend on the fare rules of your ticket, the hotel's cancellation policy, or the rental conditions, which we show before you book. See our .
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under it. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for acts or omissions of suppliers, including flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost baggage, hotel overbooking or vehicle availability at the counter, which are handled by the supplier.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of , Australia.

Privacy policy
Last updated
This policy explains how collects, uses and protects your personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Fare alerts: your email address, and optionally your first name, preferred route and cabin.
- Accounts: your name and email (or your Google profile name and photo if you sign in with Google), passkeys you add, travellers you save (names, dates of birth, gender and frequent flyer numbers), your trips, Lenny miles, reviews, and links you share and the replies to them.
- Trip assistant: the messages you type, which are sent to our AI provider to search for your trip.
- Bookings: passenger and guest names, dates of birth, contact details, passport details where an airline or country requires them, the main driver's details for car hire, any special requests you send a hotel, and payment details (handled by our payment processor, Square).
- Site usage: basic technical information such as browser type, collected by our hosting provider.
Why we collect it
To send fare alerts you asked for, to run your account and Lenny miles, to make and manage your bookings, to answer your questions, and to meet legal requirements.
Who we share it with
When you book, we share the details needed for that booking with the supplier (the airline, hotel or rental company) and with our travel technology provider, Duffel, which passes your booking to the supplier. Hotel bookings go through our hotel partner, LiteAPI (Nuitee), which also takes payment for hotel stays. Payment details go to our payment processors (Square, or LiteAPI for hotels), and we never see your full card number. Accounts are stored with Supabase, emails are sent through Resend, and trip assistant messages are processed by Anthropic. Some of these organisations store data outside Australia, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping it safe
We use providers with encrypted connections and access controls. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or leave the waitlist at any time, by emailing .
Complaints
Email us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Refunds and cancellations
Last updated
Fare rules come first
Each flight fare, hotel rate and car rate has rules set by the supplier. They decide whether you can change or cancel, and what it costs. We show them before you pay: fare rules for flights, the cancellation timeline for hotels (including any free cancellation deadline), and the rental conditions for cars. Cheaper rates are often non-refundable.
Cancelling a booking
- Email with your booking reference.
- We will tell you what the supplier's rules allow and any fee before we cancel.
- Refunds allowed by the supplier's rules go back to your original payment method once the supplier releases them, which can take several weeks.
- For car hire you pay at the counter, there is nothing for us to refund; follow the rental company's cancellation rules.
Our service fee
If we charge a service fee, we will show it before you pay. It is non-refundable once your ticket is issued, unless the booking failed because of our error.
If a supplier cancels or changes your booking
We will pass on the options the supplier offers, such as rebooking or a refund, and help you choose. Suppliers are responsible for compensation and care during disruptions.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
